Country icon Dolly Parton has shared her thoughts on Beyonc\u00e9 receiving no CMA Awards nominations for her chart-topping country album Cowboy Carter. In a recent interview with Variety, Parton praised Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s venture into country music, calling the album \u201cwonderful\u201d and noting the warm reception it received from the country community. While Parton doesn\u2019t believe the snub was intentional, she suggested that the CMA voters may have prioritized artists who have dedicated their careers to the genre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I don’t think it was a matter of shutting out, like doing that on purpose.
